You don’t have to hold it all together here.
You want a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or be the strong one. I’m a therapist who believes healing happens in steady, safe spaces where you don’t have to defend your feelings and where compassion comes before judgment. I primarily work with young adults, especially those navigating anxiety, relationships, identity shifts, people-pleasing, burnout, and the pressure to have life figured out in your 20s and 30s. Many of the clients I work with feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in self-doubt, or disconnected from themselves while trying to meet expectations at work, in relationships, or within their family.
Many of the young adults I work with are in seasons of transition such as college, early careers, dating or marriage, faith changes, or learning how to set boundaries without guilt. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, untangle what you’re feeling, and reconnect with your needs, values, and voice.
In addition to young adults, I also work with children (7+), teens, and other adults, supporting concerns like emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational stress. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight for everyone else or feel overwhelmed and stuck, you’re not alone. I’d be honored to hold space for your story.
